My stay at Ceuta Terrace Suites was absolutely wonderful. The central location made it easy for me to explore all the main attractions of the city on foot. The spacious and clean suite provided the perfect accommodation for my family of five. The included breakfast was delicious and it was a great way to start the day. The staff, particularly Anna and David, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Anna even accompanied us to a government office to help with a translation issue. The hotel's rooftop terrace/bar offered stunning views and added to the overall charm of the place. Despite a small water leak issue, which was promptly addressed and not a long-lasting concern, the room was comfortable and had no signs of mold or mildew. The value for the money was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend Ceuta Terrace Suites to anyone visiting Porto.

The bathrooms could be better equipped with shelves or counters around the sink. Additionally, it would be nice to have a tea kettle for boiling water in the room.

Lack of privacy due to close proximity of the room to the reception.

The location of Ceuta Terrace Suites was spot-on! I was able to explore the city easily with the bus stop right across the hotel. The nearby restaurants were fantastic, and I absolutely loved the variety of dishes offered in the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even accommodating my request to have breakfast prepared in advance. The rooftop patio was a delightful spot to relax, and the apartment itself was beautifully clean, stylish, and quiet at night.

The only drawback I experienced was occasional street noise from the pubs and bars outside. However, this was easily overcome with a pair of earplugs for a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with popular attractions such as the Lello bookstore, Praca da Liberdade, and the Sao Bento train station just a short walk away. the room with the balcony was truly breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the city that were simply mesmerizing. We also loved the fact that there was a hidden outdoor shower on the terrace, giving us a unique and enjoyable experience. the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the narrow bathroom, which seemed to be a bit out of proportion considering the size of the rest of the suite. Another minor inconvenience was the difficulty in finding the exact button to call the hotel and open the entrance door.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious suite that had a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and plenty of space to relax. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained the hotel was. Additionally, the location was amazing, as it was close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Transportation was also convenient, with a bus stop right across the hotel that provided easy access to the train station in just 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits, eggs, and juices. this hotel provided excellent value for the money.

Despite arriving before check-in time, we were able to leave our bags and even check into our room after lunch. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, offers stunning views and a great selection of quality food. The room and bathroom were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully designed. The staff, especially Claudia, were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Porto.
