Spacious, newly renovated apartment

Nothing to fault.

Clean, modern apartment with a beautiful view of the street and nearby tiled buildings. Convenient location with shops and patisseries close by. Friendly and helpful host who greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know. 24-hour availability and good English speaking. Enjoyed people watching and wine on the steps of the nearby church.

Prime location, central to attractions. Quiet rear apartment with spacious rooms, 3 beds, and baths. Well-decorated with street views. Kitchen with basic cooking essentials. TV in bathroom mirrors. Convenient parking and luggage storage. Numerous dining options nearby. Efficient check-in with digital code access. Cleaning every 2 days. Suitable for longer stays.

Excellent host, provided tourist maps and suggestions. Beautiful, clean apartment with nice kitchen and coffee machine. Super location in charming neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Lively night life. Sweet surprise of chocolate and cinnamon cake. Highly recommended.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped. the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the older part of the city. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. They even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, giving us more time to enjoy our last day in the city.

The only small issue was that there were no cleaning cloths provided in the apartment.

I got excellent value for my money at Chiado Mercy Apartments. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with great amenities like heated floors and a TV in the master bath. The location was perfect, right in between Bairro Alto and Chiado. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even making a reservation for us at a Fado restaurant. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our friend's birthday!

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast.

my recent stay at a fantastic apartment in lisbon exceeded all expectations. everything i needed was within walking distance, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were excellent. despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. the staff, especially joao, were incredibly helpful and friendly. i highly recommend this place.

Missing towels

We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and even provided essentials like olive oil, vinegar, and paper towels. The bed and furniture were comfortable, making our stay cozy and enjoyable. The location was also top-notch, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff, especially Margarida Silva and Anderson Dassa, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. we had a superb experience at Chiado Mercy Apartments | Lisbon Best Apartments and would highly recommend it.

The apartments are in a prime location, close to great restaurants, bars, and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a small but functional kitchen. The coffee machine is stocked with pods, and there are plenty of dishwasher tablets. The apartment also has a washing machine, which was a lifesaver during our trip. The staff, particularly Anderson, were kind, helpful, and took care of all our needs. it was an amazing stay!

Felt very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment we stayed in was beautifully modern and clean. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice design. We especially loved the comfortable double bed and the super bathroom with a rain shower. Another great feature was the Smart TV with Netflix and the reliable Wi-Fi. the apartment had air conditioning throughout, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary water, coffee, and fruit provided.

Although we had a generally positive experience, there were a couple of issues that we encountered. we had booked a two-bedroom apartment for a couple and two adults, expecting a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

chiado mercy apartments was the perfect stay in lisbon. comfortable beds, spacious apartment, and keyless entry made it convenient. the location was excellent, with bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. a fruit basket and water upon arrival was a sweet touch.

Toilet paper was lacking.

We stayed at Chiado Mercy Apartments for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautifully finished with high-quality appliances, a luxurious marble bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free underground parking was a rare bonus in such a central location.

We recommend this hotel.

great location, spacious and modern flat with all amenities, perfect for families with toddlers. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon!

housekeeping issue

The apartment was centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for Christmas shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of things to do during the holiday season. Additionally, the apartment was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The state-of-the-art appliances in the apartment caused some issues that affected our experience. For example, the smoke alarm went off when we tried to make toast, and we had to wake up one of the hosts to turn it off.
