I stayed at Chiado Square Apartments for a few days during my solo trip. The location was perfect, right in the square and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and historic monuments. The apartment itself was amazing - modern, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts, Ben and Bernardo, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in recommending places to visit and dine. They also had partnerships with service providers that came in handy. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

McDonald's and supermarkets nearby. Heated floors in bathrooms. Apartment cleaned every two days. Manuals for appliances. Comfy memory foam pullout bed. Spacious with two bathrooms.

our stay at lisbon best apartments was nothing short of amazing. the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. the view of the square was breathtaking, and the communication for key arrangements was seamless. they even surprised us with a birthday cake for my dad's 60th birthday. can't thank them enough!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the square from both the bedroom and living room. The apartment was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary water and fruit basket upon arrival. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised us with a delicious birthday cake for our friend. I also loved the convenience of the keyless entry system and the helpful tips provided by Ben and Bernardo. Highly recommended!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, bright, modern, and very clean. the location in the Chiado district was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. We were impressed with the friendly host who greeted us upon arrival and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We were delighted to find fruit and coffee waiting for us in the room, a lovely touch. the apartment was also conveniently located near tram 28, making it easy to visit all the major sights in the city. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lisbon.

chiado square apartments | lisbon best exceeded my expectations during my recent long term stay in lisbon. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation. the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the staff was also extremely helpful and responsive.

The staff manages multiple buildings, so they are not always readily available. It would be more convenient to have a dedicated mobile and WhatsApp line for the staff on duty.
