We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk gentleman who checked us in and out. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, with helpful and efficient staff. The hotel and room decoration had a fun and quirky style. We also enjoyed having a balcony where we could see the lively street below. The hotel staff was also helpful in providing recommendations and reservations for restaurants. a fantastic experience!

I recently stayed at Chic & Basic Gravity for two nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel is very new and clean, with modern and practical room decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a rain shower with strong water pressure. The staff, particularly Alvaro and Ana, were polite and helpful, providing me with valuable information and assisting with my needs. The hotel is centrally located near various places of interest, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food, and the restaurant was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the famous landmarks and within walking distance to all the touristic attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, recommending a great seafood restaurant for me to try. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room I stayed in was modern and comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious options at breakfast, including freshly baked bread and Nespresso coffee.

The Deluxe Room City View offers a comfortable bed, modern decor, and useful amenities like bedside lamps and mirrors. The bathroom is compact but efficient, with a rain shower and good water pressure. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options. The restaurant and bar on-site are also great, offering gluten-free options upon request.

Despite the great location, the nearby bars can get noisy at night.

Surrounded by amazing bars and restaurants, and just a short walk away from the more touristy areas. The staff here were exceptional, always kind and charming. They really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms were trendy, clean, and oh so comfortable. I especially loved the connecting rooms for kids, it made traveling with my family so much easier. And let me tell you, the beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I couldn't have asked for a better night's sleep.
