We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the historic villages of Portugal, allowing us to explore and immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of the area. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service and housekeeping ensuring that all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding gardens.

The thermal pool was fantastic! It was a great way to relax during the holiday season. the architecture and design of the hotel were impressive and modern. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, as we could hear everything happening in the neighboring room.

Spent our Xmas vacation at a rural hotel with thermal spa facilities. We loved the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and hydro massage showers. the breakfast was decent with fresh products and warm croissants. the location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the nearby historic villages and castles.

The room was not perfectly clean, and the bathroom needed more maintenance. the shower head was partially blocked, and the towels were thin and scratchy.
