We had a wonderful stay at a smaller hotel with character in a central location. the staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. the large room had high ceilings, exquisite decor, and a large bathroom. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift and enjoyed the wide range of tasty items at breakfast. the hotel provided excellent airport-to-hotel service, and there were nice restaurants just outside the front door.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with balconies overlooking the street. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including made to order coffee.

The view from some rooms may be limited as they overlook an enclosed courtyard.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and even offered a complimentary glass of wine. Fantastic stay, with an amazing location right in the heart of the city. the rooms were large and spacious, with great attention to detail. Complimentary toiletries and bottled water were a great addition. the breakfast was lovely, with fresh pastries and a good selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. the proximity to restaurants and cafes was a real perk, as was being close to public transport links.

The service for luggage storage after check-out could have been better. Our bags were left out in a communal area, which didn't feel very secure.

the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, allowing us to enjoy our own espressos. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, and cereals. the staff was friendly and spoke English. the hotel's central location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and public transportation.

We had an amazing stay at this historic building in the heart of old Lisbon. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We were warmly greeted upon arrival with a smile and a choice of wine or flavored water. the rooms were clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere. We especially appreciated the mini bar with reasonable prices and the complimentary water bottles. Travelling with a 2-year-old, we were delighted to find a prepared table with a kids chair for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options including eggs, bacon, croissants, fruits, and freshly squeezed orange juice. we highly recommend this place for its excellent service, great location, and wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel provided excellent transportation services from the airport. The location was perfect, right in the city center, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby.
