Excellent host, helpful from day one. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Good value for the money. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Convenient location for exploring Lisbon and Cascais. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Free street parking available.

The guesthouse is situated on a hill in a beautiful residential area, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. It is conveniently located near the train stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and clean with a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or taking in the view. The owners are extremely helpful and provide a hand-written guide of the city and surrounding areas, ensuring that guests have all the necessary information for a pleasant stay.

One minor drawback is that the guesthouse is located in a remote neighborhood, which may require a bit of walking to reach the city center or the beach.

Great coastal views from the room. The breakfast was decent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location was great for exploring the local area as it was close to many popular attractions.

The room was damp and cold with an extremely poor air conditioning system. The bathroom was not well stocked with toiletries and the towels were not changed regularly. the experience was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend staying here.

We were greeted warmly upon our late arrival and given a personal check-in by the friendly host. The breakfast provided was sufficient and delicious, although I would have preferred more fruits and vegetables. The host was always available and helpful, willing to assist with any inquiries we had. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful and welcoming atmosphere.
