This hotel is very central, making it perfect and convenient for exploring the area. The location is great, just minutes away from the ferry that takes you to Isle Tavira. Additionally, the hotel is positioned at the rear of the building, so it's quiet at night. We loved that our room opened up to an amazing terrace which we had all to ourselves. It was magical to enjoy breakfast and wine on the terrace, with beautiful views over the town.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was great.

I recently stayed at a charming little B&B in a superb location. The hotel was excellent value for money and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore Tavira. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved having my own spacious sun terrace with a BBQ and wood-burning pizza oven. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the morning was first class, and the wine selection was amazing.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fabulous.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Downtown Alegria in Tavira. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, with easy access to the pier and downtown area. The apartment felt like a cozy home, with a beautifully decorated bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the outdoor space, where we could enjoy breakfast and cocktails. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing us with helpful tips for getting around and entertainment. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying at Downtown Alegria B&B.

The room I stayed in had a spacious sun terrace with a BBQ and wood burning pizza oven, which was a nice addition. the host was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. the facilities in the room were great, and the location was perfect. It was right next to the river, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. It was also easy to access the local train station. Highly recommended for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the room I paid for with a castle view turned out to have no windows.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was klein maar zeer schoon, met dagelijkse schoonmaakservice. De airconditioning en koelkast werkten perfect en er was een grote kledingkast. De locatie van het hotel was ideaal, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van het strand en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. We hebben genoten van een rustig en comfortabel verblijf, en konden zelfs een stukje van de zee zien vanaf de plek waar we ontbeten.

Je kunt de accommodatie niet kwalijk nemen.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room and decor were stunning, with ample space and a beautiful rooftop patio. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area yet close to excellent restaurants, markets, the ferry to the island, and the bus depot. It was an ideal base for exploring this city.
