We had a fantastic stay at Dream Chiado! the apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the central location meant that everything we wanted to see and do was within a short 10-minute walk. the highlight was definitely the mobile phone provided by the hosts, which not only saved our phone battery and data but also offered great recommendations for restaurants, bars, tours, and attractions. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely choose Dream Chiado again for our next visit!

The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of red wine on the table, which made us feel welcomed. The location was excellent, close to the metro station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The apartment had a small but efficient kitchen and dining area, which was convenient for preparing meals. we enjoyed a great stay during the Christmas holidays.

There were a few negatives. the check-in process was late, which was a bit inconvenient.

We got great value for our money at Dream Chiado. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to shops and transportation. The staff, especially Rodrigo, was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was centrally located with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just a few steps away. We were able to walk everywhere and it made exploring the neighborhood so convenient. Another advantage I enjoyed was the provided phone with free daily calls and useful applications, which made navigating and staying connected a breeze.

The lack of security in the building was a concern for me. There was no front desk and the numeric lock and security cameras didn't provide enough peace of mind.

The check-in was smooth and in Spanish. The apartment had a balcony and a comfortable bed with multiple pillow options. Free sweets and tea were a nice touch. Convenient location near subway stop and attractions. Quick check-out process with payment at check-in.

the location was perfect, close to attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. the highlight for me was the friendly and helpful hostess, Tatiana. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant, from providing clear instructions for check-in to assisting with an ironing crisis. I even forgot my charger, and she kept it for me. Fantastic service!

Everything was spot on.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. the staff was helpful and provided daily cleaning service. the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. the location couldn't be better, with key attractions within easy reach. Plus, the daily coffee/tea top-up and fresh towels were a nice touch.

Some noise from neighboring construction and poor sound insulation between apartments. Reception was not easily accessible and difficult to get in touch with.

The studio apartment was large and had great facilities, including some thoughtful gifts in the room. The location was very convenient, being centrally located and close to restaurants, sights, and transportation. The hotel staff were helpful and informative, providing all the necessary information and giving insider's suggestions.

The housekeeping was incredibly noisy, both early in the morning and late at night. It was disruptive and made it difficult to get a restful sleep.
