I recently stayed at a hotel in a super quiet area surrounded by nature. The room was cozy with a great bathroom, comfy beds, and good TV. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast had fresh orange juice and delicious pastries. The hotel also had a nice indoor and outdoor pool. I loved the tranquility and the fact that I could sleep with the door open without any noise disturbance. Plus, the hotel had a good connection with a local taxi company for easy transportation.

The lack of waiting staff in the restaurant who seemed inexperienced and unsure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a super quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by beautiful mountains in Alentejo, it felt like we were in our own tranquil oasis. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, and we were delighted to receive a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We loved the comfortable sitting area and terrace, which provided stunning views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and we appreciated the garden furniture for relaxing outside. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and spa lounge. The sun terrace was the perfect spot to soak up the sun, and the seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers added to our enjoyment. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay, and the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, and the snack bar was a convenient option for a quick bite. we had a truly rejuvenating experience here.

During my recent stay at Enigma - Nature & Water, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from the hotel. The surrounding area is absolutely picturesque, with stunning views of the Alentejan hills.

Lovely modern hotel in a great forest location. Friendly staff and extensive breakfast selection. Lower level bedroom with forest view was best stay in 4 weeks of travelling. Comfortable bed, airy and private with full height door open. Fabulous pool and surrounds to relax in the afternoon. Easy access to beaches and towns with ample parking.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and there was a fire pit outside with blankets to keep warm. the location was great, near the beach and surrounded by nature. the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area.

The facilities were not as expected. the room was outdated and not well maintained.

Easy access to beaches and towns with ample parking. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and offers an excellent massage. The rooms are comfortable and provide a relaxing forest view. The pool area is fabulous for afternoon relaxation. Magnificent location in the middle of nature with an on-site restaurant for dinner.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the room was also quite nice. the staff were caring and made sure we had a good stay.

There were several negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. the location was quite inconvenient as there were no nearby restaurants or bars, and a car was necessary to get around.

Friendly staff, efficient service, complimentary drinks for delay, beautiful view, excellent spa, indoor and outdoor pools.
