Eurostars exceeded our expectations in every way. the staff, especially Liliana at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, despite being close to the street. the location was ideal, with easy access to the metro station and a short 15-minute ride to Soa Bento train station. Plus, the parking facility underground was a great convenience. We also loved exploring the local neighborhood, which offered a more authentic experience away from the tourist crowds. Eurostars Oporto was a breath of fresh air, and we can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for us. It was in a newly developed area called San Jeao, which was a nice residential area. Plus, it was only a short 3-minute walk from a metro station, making it easy for us to get around. Secondly, the hotel itself was amazing. The room was spacious and felt like a suite, with a mini-bar, balcony, and sitting area. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Joana Filipa and Luis at the reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Lastly, the amenities offered were great. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax and have a drink.

This place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The location was perfect for us, as it was near the hospitals and metro station, making it convenient to travel around without needing a car. The hotel itself was well-designed and the room concept was impressive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the bathroom, where we found not only bath gel and shampoo, but also hair conditioner and body lotion. The delicious breakfast was a great start to our day, offering a variety of tasty options.

If you prefer to stay in the city center, this place may not be the ideal choice. However, for us, the location was more than satisfactory as it provided easy access to the metro and other transportation options.

The hotel is conveniently located in a newly developed area near the hospital, with easy access to public transportation. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing us to reach popular destinations like Aliados or Sao Bento stations in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating in providing missing items.

During our Xmas holiday, we stayed at a hotel that was close to a metro station and a supermarket. the rooms were modern and clean, and the air conditioning was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of food and coffee.

We did not like the noise from the nearby hospital and occasional party noise from bars around the hotel. the hotel lacked enough parking for all guests, which made it difficult to find a safe place to park our car.
