We had an amazing dinner experience by taking advantage of the pool area, similar to a luau or buffet. The addition of chicken as an extra protein and live music made it even better. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent and fast room service. The restaurants were well organized, with a multilingual team. The rooms and facilities were clean, and there were plenty of secure parking options. The hotel also offered great activities outside of the property. The indoor pool, available in February, was a big hit for our kids. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was not near the historical center or the city center. However, the hotel made up for it with its exceptional restaurant, offering a wide selection of local wines. The room was comfortable and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The breakfast spread was also impressive, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day. Additionally, we enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the swimming pool and creating a calming atmosphere.

The gym had some inconvenient rules in place, requiring guests to go all the way back to reception for a pass.
