Great location, within walking distance of all the attractions and easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions or needs. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. the breakfast had a good variety of options, both hot and cold, and the fruit selection was great.

The noise from outside was quite bothersome, especially when the window was open. It made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The hotel is located in a prime area, within walking distance to almost everything, including the lively Ribeira area for the evening and night life. The receptionist was very busy with other check-ins, but managed to handle everything efficiently. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a great selection of delicious pastries and fruit, along with a variety of hot dishes. there is a shopping center nearby where you can easily park your car.

Some furniture and design details in the hotel were poorly conceived.

It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, and it's within walking distance of many popular sights and attractions. The building itself is a beautifully converted historic building, adding to its charm and uniqueness. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with tips and directions to places of interest. They even went above and beyond by setting up champagne in our room upon arrival.

The area can get quite busy and noisy, especially in the evenings due to the bars and restaurants nearby. However, it didn't bother us too much and it didn't impede our overall experience at the hotel.
