The hotel was well organised and exceptionally clean. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food in both the main restaurant and bar was good. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The service from reception was top-notch. The breakfast was great with champagne and freshly squeezed oranges included. The evening buffet was one of the best with lots of high-quality options. The entertainment team was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed that there was no gym in the hotel. We would have liked the opportunity to burn off the excess calories from the delicious food.

Dieses Hotel war perfekt für uns als Alleinreisende. Die Betten waren einzeln abgetrennt durch Jalousien und es gab Schließfächer direkt unter den Betten. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm ruhig und wir hatten eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Dorm dank der Vorhänge. Die Lage war ideal, da wir uns in einer wirklich schönen Nachbarschaft befanden, in der es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Läden gab. Außerdem waren wir in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation, was uns ermöglichte, die Stadt leicht zu erkunden. Das Personal war besonders nett und hilfsbereit.

The WiFi worked well in my room and I had no issues with connectivity. The gardens around the hotel were lush and created a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience at Falesia Hotel - Adults Only and would highly recommend it.

It would have been more convenient if there was a back entrance to the hotel for easy beach access, although the bus provided was helpful. Some of the sunbeds by the pool were broken and need replacing.

We recently stayed at Falesia Hotel for a week-long vacation. The value for the price was great, and we were delighted to find level-access throughout the hotel, which was perfect for my mobility needs. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pool bar service provided by Armin. The staff, including Fabio at Reception, were friendly and accommodating, and Fabio even helped us with online check-in for our return flight. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool and grounds, and we received a free upgrade. The breakfast spread was excellent, although it would have been nicer to have cups and saucers already on the table.
