I had a great stay at this hostel! The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and taken care of.

the front desk workers were so nice and helpful. the location on Rua Santa Catarina is unbeatable, and we loved being in the heart of everything. the beds were super comfy and the entire place was kept clean. We appreciated the strong structure of the beds, with individual curtains and lockers for added privacy and security. the toilets were spacious and clean, and we found it convenient to have a post-checkout luggage room available. Andreia at reception was especially kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. it was a great experience.

the staff at Rosalma were incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. the shared bedroom provided plenty of privacy with bed curtains and lockers, and the space was made even more comfortable with a light over the bed and two plug-ins. the lobby was a great place to work with reliable WiFi, and there was also a kitchen available to use. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the open and airy indoor and outdoor spaces, including a lovely terrace.

The hostel had a garden, which was nice for a change of scenery from the bunk beds. The staff were so helpful that they practically held my hand throughout my stay.

Inside, there was a cozy living room area with tables and couches. the hostel rooms were classic, but spacious and well-organized. the shared bathroom, although busy due to its location on the floor with mixed dorm rooms, was relatively clean. the location of the hostel was great, situated on a main strip of stores and restaurants with the main attractions within a 20-minute walk.

The spacious and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Paulo, were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for parking, local dishes, and the best sunset view in Porto.
