The hotel's location in the centre of this city is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the area. The restaurant on the top floor provided breathtaking views of the river and served delicious breakfasts every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Portimão waterfront, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. There are also some restaurants within walking distance, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the River where water taxis can take you to the lovely fishing village of Feragudo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The breakfast provided is decent, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The hotel also has great views of the surrounding area.

The service at the hotel could be improved.

The reception staff at Whe were absolutely brilliant. During a bad asthma attack, they promptly called an ambulance and provided me with oxygen. I was able to access my emergency pack in my room and took medication to recover. The next morning, I was feeling much better. Furthermore, the restaurant staff were amazing, quickly learning my preferences for breakfast and always accommodating with additional drinks.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at this hotel. Loved the variety of breakfast options, which included delicious pastries and fresh fruit. the hotel is centrally located, walking distance to local shops and restaurants, and offers great views of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

That the hotel could use some updating and maintenance. the lift was slow and outdated, and some of the bathroom fixtures were in need of repair.
