Poor maintenance of rooms!!! Air conditioning units are ineffective and inadequate!!! The noise from the surrounding areas is quite disturbing!!! Parking can be frustrating!!! Overall, a feeling of mediocrity prevails!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a fantastic view from our balcony over the beach and marina. A quick two-minute walk to the Metro station for easy access to Porto city center.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by issues with the air conditioning. It was frustrating that I couldn't control the temperature in my room, which made sleeping difficult. The small window didn't provide adequate airflow, and I had to ask for a portable fan just to get through the night. Overall, it felt like my comfort was significantly compromised, which was disappointing for what I hoped would be a relaxing visit.

I woke up every morning to an incredible view of the beach right from my balcony. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, with fresh rolls that were the highlight. The staff were genuinely friendly and offered insightful recommendations about local dining spots.

the supposed 4-star hotel was more like a nightmare, with air conditioning that couldn't even be adjusted. and don’t get me started on the breakfast – what was that bacon? I nearly expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but apparently that’s not a thing here. almost left a great review, but just couldn’t. absoluteley disappointing.
