This hotel offers amazing facilities, such as a fantastic pool complex with various swimming pools and jacuzzis. The location is also a plus, with beautiful views of the Serra da Estrela mountain. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of food, and there are plenty of pleasant rest areas throughout the hotel.

The buffet dinner is considered overpriced for the quality and variety of food offered.

Located in a small village near Covilhã, H2Otel Congress & Medical Spa is a hidden gem, away from everything else. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was friendly and competent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality food. The Spa and thermal therapies were a great way to relax and unwind. The hotel also had a fun club for kids and an animation team for entertainment.

Some guests were noisy and inconsiderate, disturbing other guests during their stay.

The pools were nice, and the food was good. the location was also convenient and easy to get to.

The staff were not friendly at all and seemed to be annoyed by our presence. the room was dirty and didn't seem to have been properly cleaned before our arrival.
