We had an incredible stay at Hall Chiado. the location was perfect, surrounded by amazing restaurants and just a short walk to the city center. We loved the fashionable and clean design of the rooms. the staff was helpful and the keycode entry system was convenient. the proximity to the train station made it easy for us to access the beach. We would definitely recommend Hall Chiado for a city trip with a touch of luxury.

The room was spacious and clean, with a safe and refrigerator for convenience. The shower was also spacious and the lockers in the lobby were a nice feature. The staff even left chocolates in the room for Valentine's Day. Highly recommend!

We got great value for our money at Hall Chiado. The room was clean, stylishly decorated, and had a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options and plenty of food and entertainment nearby. The staff, especially Beatriz, were friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. a very positive experience and we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

The breakfast option could be improved by providing tea/coffee with a kettle and offering cotton slippers or floor mats for the bathroom. Also, in the winters, the bathroom floors felt uncomfortably cold.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the good WiFi connection. The location was perfect, being close to the river and within walking distance to the many bars and sightseeing spots. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
