We had an incredible stay at a beautiful quiet countryside apartment at Herdade Dos Grous. the staff was extremely helpful and paid great attention to detail. They provided free bikes with child seats and a cot, making our stay even more convenient. the apartment itself was lovely, with a cozy bed, a spacious bathroom, and a living room complete with a ready-made fireplace. the food at the restaurant was exceptional, and we highly recommend taking the tour of the wine factory for only £10 per person. the estate is absolutely stunning, with vineyards, farms, animals, and lakes. We enjoyed exploring the property on bike rides, visiting the animals like pigs and goats, and soaking in the beautiful landscape. it was a delightful experience.

As foreign tourists, we loved the variety of activities available, such as tennis, horse riding, and pedal boats. The large and scenic territory with vineyards, lakes, and forests was breathtaking. The room had a fantastic view over the valley and was equipped with more than we expected. The complimentary fruit basket and bottle of wine were a nice touch. The restaurant, although a bit expensive, offered top-rated breakfast and delicious dinners.

Felt completely welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely holiday apartment in the peaceful countryside. the staff at the resort were extremely helpful, and they provided free bikes and a child seat for me. the attention to detail was impeccable, from the cozy fireplace in the lounge to the comfortable bed and bathroom. the food at the restaurant was exceptional, and I also enjoyed the wine tour and tasting, which was hosted by a professional and friendly staff member named Pedro. the entire estate was perfect for walking and exploring, and I can't wait to visit again.
