had a fabulous stay at a clean and spacious room in lisbon. loved the complimentary water and coffee, and the breakfast had an incredible variety. the location was convenient, with options for transportation. nearby restaurants were a plus. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. definitely going back.

Lacking in room decoration.

During my recent stay at Hf Fenix Urban, I was highly impressed with the central location of the hotel. It was so convenient to have both the metro and bus stations just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city and visit various attractions. Additionally, the hotel had a secure parking facility, which was a great advantage for us as we had rented a car. The room itself was impeccably clean, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and always available to provide directions and assistance with any queries we had.

The room was a bit dated and the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It only had one setting, so we couldn't adjust the temperature to our preference.

We had an amazing overnight stay in this city. The hotel was conveniently located just opposite the metro station, making it easy to explore the city by metro train. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even providing a surprise birthday treat for my friend during breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very enjoyable. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was a truly amazing experience. The location is great--across the road from Parque Station, making it very easy to get from the airport and make our way to the hotel. It is also within walking distance to anywhere you want to go and there are lots of excellent restaurant options just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly, and very helpful. They were only too willing to give us suggestions and directions to places to eat and where to shop. The room was always immaculately maintained, with fresh towels and bed sheets every day. The bed itself was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the staff and the location made our stay here truly enjoyable.
