I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was just perfect for me. It was in a nice area, right next to the wall, and close to Rotunda da Boavista, which made it very convenient for exploring the city center. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the breakfast was of high quality and included in our rate, with a delicious selection of bread. I found this hotel to be excellent in terms of value for money, service, and basic amenities.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the first thing we appreciated was the kindness of the staff, who made us feel at home. the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. We particularly enjoyed the small Christmas market nearby. the room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved was the noise level in the hallway. We could hear some noise from other guests when they passed by.
