During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lisbon, I was impressed by the modern feel of the hotel and its convenient location near the shopping district. The room was comfortable and the staff made sure to acknowledge my IHG elite membership. Although I encountered a small issue with the bed sheets, the front desk quickly moved us to another room. Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the hotel's quick response and resolution. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and attentive staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping mall, making it easy to find restaurants and do some shopping. The bus station is also nearby, providing easy access to transportation around the area.

The lack of a store or restaurant nearby may be problematic for some guests who prefer more options within walking distance.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-equipped rooms to the daily linen and bath towel changes. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that our two separate stays were enjoyable. Additionally, the free continental breakfast exceeded expectations, with a good choice of local dishes usually available.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the noise transmission between rooms through the adjoining door. It was extremely bothersome, especially when my neighbor was being loud late at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express! The stylish room and bathroom were so comfortable, and the huge shower box was a definite plus. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed, from chargers to ironing boards. The covered parking was convenient, although the lighting could be better. And of course, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options.

Tucked away in a commercial zone. Short walk to mall. Taxi cost €35 from airport, €17 back. Lovely staff. Clean modern rooms.

Though the location might be a bit far from the main tourist spots, there's a convenient bus right outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccable.

She also provided excellent assistance in navigating the train route for the next leg of my journey. The breakfast spread was delicious and the timing was convenient. I had a great experience thanks to the helpful staff and enjoyable amenities.
