So close to the train station but equally easy to book an Uber to-and-from in the center of the city. The room we had was plenty big enough and was clean and stylish, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast, although chaotic at times, offered a variety of options including meats, cheeses, breads, fruits. The location also provided easy access to the airport.

The walls in the room were very thin, making it easy to hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The room was spacious and clean, with a modern and stylish design. The bathroom was also very nice. I really appreciated the proximity to Amadora station, which made it easy to travel to downtown Lisbon in just 15 minutes. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating, promptly replying to our questions prior to arrival and being friendly throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy accessibility to the train station, bus stop, and Bolt taxis. There were also supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast area, and lobby impressed us. Although the breakfast buffet had a limited choice of items, everything was delicious and well presented. The staff at the restaurant area were efficient and welcoming.

We had a great experience at Hotel Palace. the staff was very professional and accommodating, allowing us to change our dates without any hassle. the hotel itself exceeded our expectations, feeling more like a 2.5 or 3-star hotel rather than just a 2-star. We loved its convenient location, being so close to the train station and just a short 15-minute ride to the center of Lisbon. the option to park our car securely was also a plus. We highly recommend this hotel. the breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with the coffee being better than what we've had at some 4-star hotels.

We stayed at Hotel Amadora Palace for 3 nights during our trip to Lisbon and Sintra. The evening staff was extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. The wifi was strong and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was fair and there was a great restaurant just a block away. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a train station just two blocks away. We were pleasantly surprised to get a room with a balcony on our second night. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and the hotel was easy to find with GPS.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We were delighted by our visit to the Oceanarium, one of Europe's largest oceanarias. The captivating exhibitions, enchanting gardens, and exciting shows made it a memorable experience for our children. It was just a short train ride away, conveniently located near the hotel.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a dedicated play area for children.

Great value for the price, especially compared to more centrally located hotels. Convenient location near the railway station, making it easy to explore Lisbon, Sintra, and the coast towards Cascais.- The local neighborhood had plenty of shops and eateries nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Some noise from the street, but the air conditioning allowed for a peaceful sleep with the windows closed. The soundproofing between rooms could be improved.

I loved exploring the charming coastal beaches and indulging in delicious fish meals with a glass of refreshing white wine. The contemporary architecture and bustling streets of Lisbon added to the vibrant atmosphere.

The toilet space was so cramped, I had to twist like a pretzel just to use it. But hey, at least it kept me flexible!

The staff, especially receptionists Anna and Pedro, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of our rooms, the breakfast area, and the lobby was impressive. Though the breakfast buffet had a limited selection, the food was delicious and well presented. The restaurant staff were efficient, always ensuring that the food was replenished and the area clean. We truly appreciated their warm greetings during our meals.
