We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating, promptly replying to our questions prior to arrival and being friendly throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy accessibility to the train station, bus stop, and Bolt taxis. There were also supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast area, and lobby impressed us. Although the breakfast buffet had a limited choice of items, everything was delicious and well presented. The staff at the restaurant area were efficient and welcoming.

Nothing not to love.

We had a great experience at Hotel Palace. the staff was very professional and accommodating, allowing us to change our dates without any hassle. the hotel itself exceeded our expectations, feeling more like a 2.5 or 3-star hotel rather than just a 2-star. We loved its convenient location, being so close to the train station and just a short 15-minute ride to the center of Lisbon. the option to park our car securely was also a plus. We highly recommend this hotel. the breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with the coffee being better than what we've had at some 4-star hotels.

We stayed at Hotel Amadora Palace for 3 nights during our trip to Lisbon and Sintra. The evening staff was extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. The wifi was strong and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was fair and there was a great restaurant just a block away. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a train station just two blocks away. We were pleasantly surprised to get a room with a balcony on our second night. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and the hotel was easy to find with GPS.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great value for the price, especially compared to more centrally located hotels. Convenient location near the railway station, making it easy to explore Lisbon, Sintra, and the coast towards Cascais.- The local neighborhood had plenty of shops and eateries nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Some noise from the street, but the air conditioning allowed for a peaceful sleep with the windows closed. The soundproofing between rooms could be improved.
