There is one downside that can't be ignored - the staff. Despite the beautiful location and decent amenities, the staff seem indifferent and unhelpful.

The location of Castrum Villae By Walk Hotels was perfect for exploring the nearby park and going on walks. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was of good quality. The staff, especially Carlos the manager, were friendly and helpful in providing information about the area.

The breakfast was quite good and the staff were nice and helpful. the view from the hotel was amazing and the location was really convenient. the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The room was really small compared to what we saw in the pictures online. It was more like a fan blowing room temperature air.
