The staff was friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any questions or concerns we had. The location of the hotel was great, just a short distance from the beach and a shopping center. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy our Christmas vacation. the hotel had a carpark which provided a safe space for our vehicle.

The room and its facilities were quite outdated. There were limited socket points in the room and one of the armchairs was broken.

The location was perfect as it was situated near the beach and shopping center. the breakfast selection was impressive and was a great way to start each day. I also appreciated the gym and leisure area available to guests.

I found a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. the room was slightly outdated and only had two socket points, which was inconvenient.

We had a great stay at this welcoming hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The daily Portuguese breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options. The hotel also had excellent amenities, including a gym and a leisure area. We loved that it was conveniently located just 15 minutes from the beautiful Vieira de Leiria beach and only 20 minutes from Leiria Shopping. The secure carpark was an added bonus for us backpackers.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
