The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to most parts of town. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, with delicious homemade cakes that were a delightful treat.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, which meant that any noise from neighboring rooms could be easily heard. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially when there were screaming kids next door.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The breakfasts are delicious, with fresh fruits and tasty pastries. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The shower in our bathroom could not be mounted on the wall, which made the washing process a bit awkward. Additionally, the breakfast room was a bit difficult to find, as it was located on the 1st floor down a dark corridor with no signs pointing the way.

We had a delightful surprise during our stay at the hotel. The staff, in their genuine kindness, left a bottle of port in our room to celebrate my birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel's attention to detail and personalized touch sets it apart from others. The location is also fantastic for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. I highly recommend this marvelous hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

For our Christmas stay, the breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of homemade cakes and pastries. the location was convenient and easy to find. the room was clean with fresh linens which we appreciated.

The heating was not working at all and we had to endure a very cold night in the room. the beds were not very comfortable to sleep on, and we could hear every noise and movement from outside the room due to the laminate flooring.

This hotel is a stunning place to explore. The location is excellent, right in the center, yet very quiet. It's the perfect base for visiting the nearby schist villages. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a selection of amazing homemade cakes and nice breads.
