Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens ist ein großer Vorteil. Gäste können bequem zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten zum Terminal gelangen. Ein weiteres positives Merkmal ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage kann individuell reguliert werden.

Ein negativer Aspekt ist die Parkplatzsituation, da bei Ankunft alle Parkplätze belegt waren und die Angestellten Platz machen mussten.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the marina with a stunning view of the harbor and Pico mountain. It was also conveniently located next to the center of Horta, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the famous Peter Cafe. The hotel services were top-notch, with room service available and amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar in the room. We also loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms, which were quiet and comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

This hotel has an ideal location, right in front of the marina, close to several restaurants. It offers spacious and clean rooms with excellent shower pressure and hot water. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary treats for the room. The breakfast is decent and the bar offers good snacks. The hotel also has a jacuzzi on the top floor and provides free parking for guests.

Some parts of the hotel, such as the hallway, could use an update.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a convenient area. The communal areas provided relaxing spots to admire the stunning views of the nearby mountain peak. Although our room didn't have a great view, it was still satisfactory and had all the necessary amenities including tea and coffee facilities. The hotel's central location was ideal, with the opportunity to have lunch at the front tables and watch the lively activity outside. this was a pleasant hotel and I would recommend it.

Mold and mildew in the bathroom were disgusting. Air conditioning was subpar, leaving the room uncomfortably hot.
