We recently stayed at Hotel Italia in the center of Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. the staff, especially Isabella at the reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. the hotel recently underwent a makeover, so the pictures didn't accurately depict the improvements that were made. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with the option to sit outside in the charming little garden. the rooms were very clean, although the bathroom was a bit cramped, which is understandable for a city center location. the hotel's proximity to the Guklbenkian museum was a bonus for art enthusiasts like us. There were plenty of nice restaurants in the area, including an excellent Italian bistro next door.

I had a great experience at the hotel. the breakfast was simple but satisfactory, and the lady working there was constantly attentive and kept the buffet well-stocked. the single room I stayed in was comfortable and the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, especially when I had my wallet stolen and needed to stay for extra days. the location was convenient, not far from the city center and with plenty of amenities nearby. There was also a good Italian restaurant next door and a Lidl across the street.

A Hidden Gem with Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

We stumbled upon a hidden gem in Lisbon, a charming hotel that surpassed our expectations. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. Our room was cozy and clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the amenities provided. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering a great start to our day. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as noise from the air conditioner fans on the balcony and a slightly slow internet connection, overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. it was a most pleasant surprise, with numerous benefits that made our trip memorable.

There were also several supermarkets nearby, including one right across the street from the hotel. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Isabella at the reception. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The noise insulation in the rooms could be better, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Italia is conveniently located near the Metro and HoHo Bus, making it easy to access the city center and attractions. the hotel is also close to Jardim Calouste Gulbenkian, which was a plus. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including a great Italian restaurant called BellaLisa. there is a grocery store across the street and the Metro Sao Sebastiao is within walking distance.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with both Saldanha Metro and Entrecampos Station within walking distance. It is also close to the beautiful Gulbenkian garden. The staff was extremely helpful, offering advice on what to visit in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. the hotel had a back garden where guests could relax with a drink.

The bathroom was quite small, which may be a drawback for some guests.
