After a tiring day on el Camino, Jardim was a fantastic treat! the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There is a laundromat nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed coffee at the next-door pastelaria and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. the host and front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. the hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and ferry to the beach. Cleanliness is a priority here, and we would definitely stay again when we return to Viana do Castelo.

Nothing to fault!

We loved the charming, old-fashioned rooms that were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us great tips on things to do around town. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed. The view from our room of the narrow streets of Portugal was a delightful bonus.

The staff were the bomb, always hooking us up with the sickest tips about the best water sports activities. We spent our days jet-skiing like bosses and sailing like pros. The location was off the charts too, right by the water where we'd chill after our epic adventures. Can't wait to go back and make more mems!

If there's one thing I'd ask for, it's a more happening nightlife scene near the hotel. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast during the day, but as young party-goers, we wanted to keep the vibe going after hours.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jardim in Viana do Castelo for a couple of nights. The hotel is located in a stunning spot, with views of the church on top of the hill and the estuary. It's conveniently situated near charming old streets with great restaurants just around the corner. The comfortable and clean Portuguese-style room had a cozy feel to it. The hotel's easy access to the historic parts of the town was a definite plus.

The hotel had an old-fashioned charm that I absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even though there was a slight language barrier. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the riverfront. The bed was incredibly cozy and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the river and within walking distance of the train and bus stations. It was also conveniently located near the ferry to the beach. a great experience.

While the hotel had its charm, it did feel a bit dated. Some parts of the hotel could use a little renovation to spruce it up.

We were pleasantly surprised by our spacious twin room at Hotel Jardim. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and offered plenty of space. The hotel's location in the center of Viana made it convenient to explore the sights and enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast. Despite the construction next door, the staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a great stay and would recommend this value hotel.

We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Viana do Castelo and enjoying water sports at the nearby beach. The kids loved going on a thrilling boat trip along the coast, with stunning views and even a chance to spot dolphins. The experience was truly exhilarating and brought us all so much joy!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small play area or a kids' club for children to enjoy.

Despite being on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel had a charming, old-world feel with stone window surrounds and wooden shutters. Our room had a lovely view of the narrow streets and the basilica. The staff was extremely helpful, giving us tips and even fixing a problem with our bathroom light within the hour. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room with high ceilings and a view of the river. Great location in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. I was lucky to have early check-in at 9:30 am, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

There was some noise from the street and from other guests, particularly from a loud child. It would have been better if there was on-site parking available, as we had to park in a lot across from a nearby attraction.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Having a vending machine in the reception area for a late-night snack was also a nice touch.

The location of Jardim hotel was perfect, just a block away from the train station. Being in a beautiful old city, it allowed us to easily explore the area. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even though the rooms were a bit small, they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Additionally, the view from our small balcony overlooking the water was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant stay.
