Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist offered me a different room with a view to the pool for the second day of my stay. The beautiful view from the balcony at night was truly memorable. Additionally, the hotel provided a free iron and laundry service, which was a great convenience. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and extra amenities.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at Hotel Lido. Despite the parking being full, finding a space on the street for our car was easy and close by. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and had locally controlled climate which was a great feature. We also loved the location of the hotel as it was quiet and conveniently situated, with options for breakfast and dinner nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with all the areas we visited being exceptionally clean. The balcony in our room was a great bonus, providing a private area for fresh air. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed being close to the Estoril Casino. our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and we were happy with the amenities and service provided.

The breakfast area was quite chaotic, especially on the first day. There seemed to be a lack of staff, resulting in dirty tables, empty coffee pots, and food that wasn't replenished in a timely manner.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was inviting. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit and cakes. Location was convenient for the beach, train station, and conference hall. Facilities were in good condition.

We really enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the private yard with plenty of lounge seats. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the mini fridge in our room.

The breakfast wasn't the best value for money and the lack of alcohol at the bar was a bit disappointing. We also found the uphill walk to the hotel to be a bit difficult, so it may not be suitable for elderly guests.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Lido in Portugal. Teresa, the staff member who welcomed us, provided excellent service and made us feel truly cared for. Despite the room we initially requested not being available, Teresa went above and beyond to give us an even better room with a pool view. the hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely garden and a perfect pool. Not easy to locate

The location of this hotel is definitely its highlight. With the beautiful Cascais just a short walk away, I had everything I needed within a walking distance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One negative aspect was not having a self-service safe in the room, which would have added an extra level of security.
