We stayed at an amazing hotel in Lisbon with a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including a great shower and a kettle for tea and coffee. The hotel also provided a nice breakfast, which was a great way to start our day. it was a comfortable and convenient stay for our group of friends.

We felt very lucky during our stay at the hotel as everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble.

The lobby and restaurants were also very nice, and the hotel's historic building had been tastefully renovated. Conveniently located near metro and train stations, with a great restaurant. The room was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and coffee/tea maker. Despite some minor issues with the air conditioning and view, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lis Baixa. we would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lis Baixa. The hotel's location on the border of Baixa and Alfama districts was perfect for exploring the old town of Lisbon, especially when the weather was bad. Being just a 3-minute walk from Rossio station made it incredibly convenient for us to access Sintra. Additionally, the variety of dining options in the heart of the city, catering to all budgets, was a big plus. The staff were also extremely helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to wonderful sightseeing spots. It’s in a good area and in the heart of the city. The room is comfortable, but the soundproofing is not the best and it’s easy to hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast is sufficient and the staff is friendly and attentive. Although the bathroom is modernised and clean, there were some black moles in the shower, which should not be there.

The breakfast spread was varied, with yummy scrambled eggs, fruit, bread, and cereals. the hotel is super well located with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the room was comfortable and had great soundproofing, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring.

The restaurant staff could improve their attention to detail, as we had to ask a few times for missing items. it can be a bit noisy at night, especially if you prefer sleeping with the window open.
