Owners were kind and helpful, great advice. Awesome breakfast, enjoyable stay. Excellent restaurant on site. Convenient location near harbor and airport. Large and modern room. Free laundry service. Adorable cats and kittens.

I had the most incredible stay at this peaceful hotel that felt more like a charming bed and breakfast! From the moment I arrived, the owner and his family made me feel right at home. They greeted me at the entrance and gave me a personal tour of the property. The individual cottages were so authentic and the view of the surrounding landscape, especially Pico and Faial, was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the location was perfect, only a short drive from the airport but tucked away in a peaceful greenery-filled setting.

This place has stunning views that will leave you breathless. It's located in a great spot that provides easy access to all the hotspots in the area. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with plenty of local delicacies to try. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use a touch-up to match the standard of the rest of the place. , some areas were still under construction, which meant that the ambiance was not fully developed yet.
