We had a lovely time during our Xmas vacation. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. the breakfast was included and had a great variety. We also loved the fact that they provided complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch during the holidays. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view of the city.

It was extremely hard and uncomfortable. the walls were thin and we could hear noise from other rooms.

Great time, beautiful landscape. Suggested restaurants: A Tasca, Alabote. Outstanding Lagoa do Fogo, must-visit. City center worth it, buildings and pastry shops like Micaelense. Stellar breakfast, variety of choice. Friendly staff, helpful with day trips, car rentals, restaurants, and bars. Lovely balcony view. Kind and discrete personnel. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, local specialties, homemade cereals, marmalades, tea, cheeses. Comfortable rooms, excellent beds. Friendly staff, assisted with tour guide. Worthwhile experience, wanting to return soon.
