I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and it was the perfect place to break my journey from the northern Spanish ports down to the Algarve. Despite being in a congested one-way street area of town, the hotel had its own free underground carpark which was a great convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff were always helpful and pleasant, especially Nadia. the hotel provided great value for money.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and excellent service from the staff. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to many attractions.

our recent stay in castelo branco was fantastic. hotel rainha d. amelia, arts & leisure exceeded our expectations. friendly staff, informative receptionist, comfortable rooms, and beautiful views made our stay memorable. we loved the time period accurate reproduction pieces throughout the hotel. highly recommended!

Breakfast was fine, but they ran out of sausage and bacon.

Cleanliness, everything was clean and well-maintained. Hotel facilities were great, especially the AC and the bathroom. Transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was extremely friendly and informative.

We have stayed at Rainha D. Amelia, Arts & Leisure several times and it has always been a great experience. the restaurant, although the decor may be a bit tired, offers warm and welcoming service. the food, whether a la carte or from the tourist menu, is consistently excellent. We were also impressed by the reasonable prices of the good quality wine. the hotel's location is perfect for breaking up a journey from the northern Spanish ports to the Algarve. the accommodation is spacious and clean, with helpful amenities like Gideon bibles in the drawers, a useful balcony seating area, and on-site parking. the proximity to the city makes it convenient for exploring, and the tea and coffee facilities in the room, along with the mini bar, were a nice touch.

The staff at Rainha D. Amelia, Arts & Leisure were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, with lovely decor in the lobby and well-maintained rooms. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the balcony in my room. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel also had great parking facilities, which was a plus. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I would have liked to have a kettle in my room for hot drinks, as the restaurant's availability was limited. Additionally, the noise from other rooms or hallways at night was a bit bothersome.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center and within walking distance to local areas and restaurants. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, and some even have a mini fridge. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and pleasant. The buffet breakfast provides a nice variety of food, including fresh juices, fruits, and croissants.

The air conditioning in the rooms does not work very well.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rainha D. Amelia. We were visiting Castelo Branco for a short vacation and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were comfortable with great amenities, including air conditioning and a well-furnished bathroom. We especially loved the convenient soap and shower gel dispensers. The hotel was always clean and the breakfast was superb. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable, unlike many hotels we've stayed at. The free secure car parking was a great perk, and the hotel staff even helped us with a room cancellation free of charge.

We had a great experience at Rainha D. Amelia, Arts & Leisure. the hotel staff was very helpful and even allowed us to cancel one of our rooms without any extra charges due to a flight delay. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided free secure car parking, which was a bonus.
