That it was sometimes difficult to reach the staff when we needed help. We could only contact them through WhatsApp or phone message, and it would have been more convenient to have an email option.

The thin walls and lack of soundproofing can be bothersome, as you can easily hear noise from other guests and neighboring rooms.

The hotel, although a guesthouse, offers a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, bread, and fruit for a quick bite to eat. The staff were extremely helpful and the iconic 28E Tram runs right by the end of the street, making it easy to explore the city. The location was superb, with the option to walk downtown or take the nearby tram. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and had a charming touch of the old Lisbon building. Additionally, the hotel had a nice communal balcony for guests to enjoy.
