From the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right choice. the luxurious amenities and outstanding service exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation as was the Sauna and Turkish bath. the massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. the treatment room was tranquil and private with its own outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. the restaurant served a delicious menu with excellent cocktails.

The only minor issue was the outdoor swimming pool was not heated, making it a little too chilly to use during the cooler months. But the cosy indoor swimming pool with its own Jacuzzi and steam room more than made up for it.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was near attractions and activities. the staff was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, including preparing meals to our dietary needs. the spa services were top-notch as we were never going to forget the massage we got. the rooms were clean, orderly, and very comfortable.

The hotel could do with cleaning the kids' pool. Another thing is the design of the hotel was not finished in some areas, making it seem like an unfinished project.

Nestled high on a hill, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the vast ocean. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with ridiculously comfortable beds. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable, offering exceptional service and attention to detail. The breakfast, made with fresh ingredients from their own garden, is a highlight of the stay. Guests can enjoy the spa, sauna, and pool facilities, or even explore nearby palaces on rainy days.

Regrettably, there were no nice loungers available in the spa area, which would have been a perfect addition for relaxation.

My stay at Immerso was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and the friendly staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location, overlooking the ocean, provided stunning views that I couldn't get enough of. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight for me was the food - absolutely delicious! It was a treat to know that all the vegetables and herbs used in the dishes were harvested from the hotel garden, and the seafood was caught fresh. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and taking a dip in the pool. The entire experience was beyond perfect, and I can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend Immerso for a memorable and delightful stay.
