Everything is what I need and want.

The value for money at Jupiter Lisboa was excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, close to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and patisseries. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have had more vegetarian options on the menu.

The hotel had a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff that went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the food at the restaurant was excellent, with a new menu every evening and a huge effort put into the preparation and display. the bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained.

there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been convenient. there was occasionally loud music at the rooftop pool, although the staff were accommodating when asked to turn it down.

We appreciated the excellent service and variety in the half board meals. The staff were helpful and the hotel was spotless. The rooftop pool and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a great choice for a budget-friendly stay. The location outside the busy tourist area and near the metro station campo Pequeno is so convenient. The service and staff are excellent, from the rooms with amenities to the best bathroom we've had in Portugal. The breakfast with new pastries everyday is a great touch.

I loved the rooftop pool and bar which offered stunning views of the city. Although the music was a bit loud at times, the staff were attentive and turned it down when asked. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, but it would have been even better with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Overall I recommend this hotel for its great amenities and location near public transportation.

The hotel had complementary flavored water and live jazz nights which added to the charm. the location was perfect- away from the hustle-bustle of the city yet accessible via metro. Also loved the spa!

Sound insulation needs improvement. Could hear chairs scraping in other rooms.

Nothing not to love.

We recently stayed at this venue and were impressed with the location in the Old Town that was still close to a metro station. The staff provided top-notch service, including 24-hour room service and tours/ticket assistance. The room was clean and had a variety of amenities like air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a mini-bar. The dining options were also impressive with a restaurant on-site and in-room breakfast available. Finally, the leisure facilities were fantastic with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full-body massages available.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the rooms were sparkling clean and the staff were very helpful. They even hooked up my laptop to the TV so I could watch Netflix. the breakfast selection was fantastic, catering to all dietary restrictions. the best part was the rooftop pool, which was small but lovely and warm. the hotel had a friendly and modern atmosphere, and the beds and shower were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel for a great stay in the city.
