The people staying were lovely. Balcony view of the ocean. Walking distance to beach. Owner speaks English well. Lent us beach towels. Fridge in room. Our room had an ensuite bathroom. Cost was reasonable. Free parking available on street. They extended our stay with no difficulties. Very friendly. They facilitated our Portuguese passport renewal. Meia Praia was great. You get everything you need. The rooms have lockers, the bathrooms are good, and the kitchen has almost everything you could need. The dining area inside is small, but I loved the terrace, both for having a meal and just for relaxing. Some really cool people from all over the world stayed there, and Richie is good at getting everyone to know each other. In addition, a big supermarket is 10-15 mins away on foot. The whole place has very chill vibes, I would recommend it. The staff are really friendly and the beds are really good. It's more like an apartment than a hostel and is great value for money. The rooms and the terrace are really nice! The supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed the stay a lot and it provided a very relaxing atmosphere. It's perfect for escaping the stress of the city center. Thank you for that!

We had a fantastic time staying at Marina Guest House! Not only was the accommodation affordable, but the rooms were spacious and even had balconies. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the guesthouse also offers kitesurfing lessons, which added an extra element of fun to our stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed being able to catch glimpses of the ocean from our balcony. the location was convenient, with the marina just a 5-minute walk away and the city center just another 5 minutes. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Portugal.
