The value for money was outstanding, with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant energy of Lisbon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The Lisboa Pessoa hotel offers a cool and modern atmosphere with super clean facilities. The staff is professional and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The neighborhood is vibrant, with a great selection of restaurants and close proximity to Time Out Market and the main square. The breakfast is top-notch, the best we had in Portugal. a fabulous choice for friends looking to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. the staff members were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. the modern decor with a touch of tradition gave the hotel a unique charm.

The terrace during breakfast could get quite crowded, and finding a seat might require some waiting, unless you opt to dine outside. the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, which could be a bit bothersome.

I booked this hotel quickly for a short 48hr sightseeing trip and it exceeded my expectations. The recently refurbished Hotel is modern, clean, and has a very nice ambience. The rooftop terrace area with stunning views sets it apart. The staff is young, friendly, and very keen to help. The ideal location is within walking distance of many sights and transportation options. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful city view. The spa and rooftop bar were a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Our room on the second floor was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with a fridge and a safe. The rooftop bar and terrace provided a stunning view of the city for breakfast. The complimentary steam room, sauna, and indoor pool were a great addition. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with most attractions within walking distance or a short tram ride away.

We stayed in a hotel near the train station, which was super convenient for our day trip to Sintra. The location was also great because it was close to good restaurants and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The room was stylish with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. We even had a wonderful view of the city from our balcony.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing as they closed early and the Jacuzzi was out of order.

The hotel lacked privacy in the bathroom area, as there was no partition separating it from the rest of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions on local attractions and how to get around. the rooftop restaurant had stunning views and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The price of the swimming hats for the pool was a bit expensive, and there weren't many options for main courses at the dinner restaurant.

My stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre; a tram running to the castle was right by the hotel. The panoramic restaurant had breathtaking views. Additionally, the staff was excellent, providing daily bottled water, an iron upon request and excellent service in the restaurant. I simply couldn't get enough of the cozy small spa.

The walls in the room were not very soundproof.

The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and available at any time. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen tv. The spa & wellness center was great for relaxation, the heated swimming pool and sauna made my stay more enjoyable. The restaurant had a stunning view of the surrounding area, and the staff provided excellent service.

Having a rooftop terrace with great city views was definitely a highlight.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. there were not enough hooks or rails in the bathroom for two people, making it hard to hang towels and robes.
