On the bright side, the location of the hotel is undeniably wonderful. Just off Independente, its rooftop terrace offers an incredible view of the city. the cleaning services for downtown attractions were a great convenience.

The room was much smaller than expected, lacking amenities like soap and coffee, and some of the staff were rude.

False Advertising: The hotel falsely advertised amenities such as a city view and free wifi. The view from our room was of a dingy building across the alley and the wifi never worked.

The Lisbon Terrace Suites Guesthouse is located in a very good location in an elevated position, offering a great panoramic view of the city. The sunset up here is simply breathtaking!

Walls are not very thick, so noise from other guests can be a bit annoying in the morning.

The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices for the whole family. The rooms were clean and spacious, surprising for a small room. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Carlota Silva, who assisted us with codes and organized a shuttle to the airport in a new BMW 2 series. The hotel's location near Rossio Square and Avenida de Liberdade made exploring Lisbon easy. The area felt safe, and there was a charming park nearby where we could relax and listen to the joyful sounds of live birds.
