We had a wonderful time here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The room amenities were great, including an in-room safe, mini-bar, and air conditioning. We loved relaxing in the garden furniture and taking in the sun on the terrace. The bar and lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city.

We highly recommend this place for families looking for a luxurious stay in the city.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. They even organized a private tour for us, which included visiting the surrounding areas and was excellent value for money. I especially loved the elegant and modern decor of the property, and the fact that it was clean and quiet. our stay at the hotel was made even better by the excellent staff and their attention to detail. This ally located establishment serves outstanding food. The complimentary wine bottle and cozy garden-bar make for a pleasant stay. Rooms are luxurious and include universal chargers. The central position is ideal for exploring on foot, plus staff are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and includes sparkling wine.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were even greeted with complimentary drinks upon arrival and a free bottle of wine in our spacious and modern room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from outside, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the little balcony where we could relax and take in the views.

Although the breakfast space was a bit small and the common terrace had some kitchen smells, the overall experience was still great. We would recommend this hotel to our family without hesitation.

Loved this hotel! Great location and theme, and a complimentary bottle of wine on check-in. They held my room after my flights got cancelled and I checked in a day late. Universal chargers built into walls. They booked a hard-to-get restaurant reservation for us. Wish I could have stayed longer. The enclosed courtyard is a piece of tranquility, while the front of the hotel leads out to a main pedestrian street running down to the Plaza.

The hotel was perfectly situated on a bustling pedestrian street, just a short walk to the Plaza. It was also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. We loved enjoying our morning coffee in the cafe outside while watching the world go by. The room was fabulous, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-presented bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread had a good selection of food, and we even received daily gifts of chocolates or fruits in our room.

The lack of vehicular access at certain times, which meant we had to walk a little bit with our luggage.

our second stay in lisbon was made even more wonderful by wine. the staff was exceptional, the room beautiful and comfy, and the food delicious. we were thoroughly impressed once again and would definitely return.

Had the best Christmas experience ever! the staff were really helpful and friendly, they made me feel like home. I received a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, along with other complimentary things that made my stay even better. the key location of the hotel is perfect, easily accessible to central attractions, stunning views, and a great night ambiance. the breakfast was so delicious, and the hot options were an extra treat.

There are not many negative aspects to mention about this hotel, the only downside was that the room has limited amenities. However, the quality of the room compensates for this small setback.

The Lisbon Wine Hotel exceeded our expectations with extraordinary facilities, including a stunning interior garden/patio. The staff, particularly Pedro and Inês, were amazing in accommodating all of our requests. We felt like home.
