I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of a vibrant and lively neighborhood. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with super fresh bread and homemade marmalade.

The only thing that could be improved is the noise insulation from outside, but it didn't really bother me too much.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were always spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the large and comfortable shared sitting room. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city opposite the bay and near two metro stations. It was also close to bars and restaurants.

I loved staying at Lost Lisbon :: Cais House. It was located just a few steps from Bairro Alto and the city center, making it convenient to explore. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options like cereals, yogurts, juices, and fresh bread every morning. The bathrooms were impressive, resembling those of a 5-star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and there were common areas available for relaxation, including a large open common area. The living room and breakfast room were spacious and beautifully designed.

The staff were nice and friendly, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the location was great; close to restaurants and the Christmas market. the rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy, and the view from the windows was breathtaking.

My experience was ruined by the noise from the street below. It was impossible to sleep comfortably with all the traffic and commotion.
