Pelican was a great place to stay! The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food to choose from. Our spacious apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a large balcony. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the daily cleaning service. I would highly recommend Pelican for a pleasant stay in a convenient location.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was just a short stroll to the center of town where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was also conveniently located next to the reception area, making it easy to access. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool area. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was no poolside bar at the hotel, which would have been convenient for snacks and drinks.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and services, including car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, making our stay incredibly convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with features such as air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area, providing enhanced comfort. The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautifully maintained, creating a tranquil ambiance.

We had a slight hiccup upon arrival as our room was not immediately available. However, the staff handled the situation brilliantly by providing us with a room upgrade and a bottle of bubbly.

We decided to spend our Christmas holidays at this hotel, and the view from our room overlooking the city was superb. the staff was extra special, from the receptionist to the waiters who served us during breakfast. They were all courteous and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. Another great thing about the hotel is its location. It was situated in a strategic spot, near the main attraction spots in the area.

Our stay wasn't as perfect as we would have hoped. There was always some kind of noise either from the street or the other guests.

Bathroom door lock needs fixing.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage entre amis et nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa situation idéale. Il est facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport en utilisant les transports en commun. De plus, il est situé à proximité du BTS SaphanKhai, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans la ville.
