Clean chalet, hot water, electronic heating, 2 balconies, mountain views. 8km from city, 10km from skiing. Nice break with home comfort. Bungalows also. Stunning views, overcharging quickly resolved, complimentary breakfast for family, helpful staff. Outdoor space, enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Spectacular location, good internet despite stormy weather, basic but warm place to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the wooden chalets in a great location, perfect for exploring the Serra da Estrela. The cozy and warm ambiance of the chalets made me feel right at home. The outdoor space provided a nice area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The chalet was also very clean, and the hot water and electronic heating kept it comfortable. The mountain views were breathtaking, and being close to the Tower was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement, as they are small and located on the ground floor.

The heating system was ideal for the chilly nights, and the cabin was very cozy. the hot water was reliable and consistent throughout our weekend stay.

The kitchen was lacking in equipment, with only two electric burners and a few pans and utensils. the single beds that were pushed together kept moving and opening a hole in the middle of the bed throughout the night, which was really annoying.
