She provided valuable insights about the city, offered recommendations, and even stored my medication in a refrigerator before our check-in time. The hotel's location was great, with a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the Santuario de Fatima and the bus depot. We also appreciated the proximity to restaurants and a grocery store. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious and a wonderful way to start our day.

Ik verbleef in een hotel in Gent dat perfect aan mijn behoeften voldeed. Het lag op een gunstige locatie, dicht bij de Beltry en Sint Baaf. Ik kon gemakkelijk naar het prachtige oude stadscentrum en de winkels wandelen. Mijn kamer was comfortabel en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, inclusief het verschonen van het beddengoed. De badkamer was ook prima en voorzien van alle nodige voorzieningen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch, met een grote verscheidenheid aan heerlijke opties om de dag goed te beginnen. Daarnaast waren er diverse faciliteiten, zoals een ondergrondse parkeergarage en een prachtig uitzicht op de stad.

Jammer genoeg was er één klein minpuntje. De service was iets minder persoonlijk en meer gericht op efficiëntie, in plaats van een warme en gastvrije ervaring.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near the famous Sanctuary. The location of this place was very convenient as it was close to the bus station and within walking distance of the Sanctuary. It was also not far from the caves, which were only 2 km away. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service available 24 hours a day. The staff were attentive and friendly, and they even offered car hire and laundry services. The room itself was clean and modern, with great amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a great experience. Loved the free breakfast and the fact that they offered fresh bread and plenty of fruit. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and great restaurants. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the lobby and the stairwell.

The walls were thin and we could hear people in the hallway. the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.

They even cooked extra items for us from the kitchen.
