Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and accommodating. the service they provided was top-notch, and I have never been treated so well at any other hotel. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. the amenities, including the sit-down restaurant and bar, gym, pool, and sauna, were all fantastic. Our room was perfect, and I especially loved having a Nespresso machine. I can confidently say that Luster Hotel provided the best hotel experience I have ever had. If I return to Lisbon in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was a jaw-dropping experience with its modern and well-done decor. The amazing room and great bathroom were mind-blowing. The staff were super lovely and friendly. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a buffet and menu items. The location, although a little bit away from the main center, was easily accessible with cheap Ubers and a nearby metro. Everything was clean and smart, and our stay went smoothly with lovely extra touches. The hotel went above and beyond by leaving a little bottle of fizz and a delicious cake in our room for my partner's birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and a visit to the city in general!
