Unbelievable staff - so friendly, always there to help. The room and bathroom were massive and spotless. Breakfast - mind-blowing! GREAT value for money. Amazing location - close to everything but not touristy. Super helpful and friendly staff. Incredible central stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with famous restaurants just a stone's throw away. It's also conveniently close to the city center and the main shopping area. Everything you need is within reach. The rooms are spacious and sunny, offering a comfortable bed and a renovated bathroom with hot water. The staff is very helpful and the hotel even offers a free walking tour for guests.

Despite some minor inconveniences, my stay at Republica Downtown in Porto was enjoyable. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and even preparing coffee for us before breakfast. The room and bed were comfortable, with daily replenishment of towels.

Located in the heart of the city, this hostel is just a short walk away from famous restaurants and shops. The staff at the reception spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The free wifi had a strong signal and the accommodation was reasonably priced. The breakfast included a half-served portion with cheese and ham, as well as a buffet with cereals, tea, and coffee.

I had an outstanding stay at Republica Downtown! The room was excellent and everything worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, within a 10-minute walk to great restaurants, shopping, and landmarks. There was even a wonderful cafe and fruit market right across the street. The staff at the sister location, where we stored our bags, were absolutely fantastic. They were very nice, helpful, and friendly. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a great experience at Republica Downtown.
