I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was close to the bridge and also not in a crowded or noisy area. The spacious flat had everything I needed, from a hair dryer to pans and utensils. The hotel also provided a TV, a comfortable sofa, and even toilet paper. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, and the staff cleaned it every day very carefully. The service from the staff was top-notch, with Daniela being extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had. They even booked taxis for me and sorted out a problem with the access code. Additionally, the design of the apartment was modern and stylish, and the balcony offered a small but lovely view of the river and north side of the city. this hotel provided the perfect accommodation for my short trip to this beautiful city.

The apartment had a stylish design and was spotlessly clean. the location was perfect, with easy walking access to all the main attractions. We were allowed to store our bags before check-in and also had a late check-out, which was very convenient. the highlight was the terrace with its lovely view of the river.

The communication with the host was sometimes slow, especially via WhatsApp. However, this was the only downside to an otherwise perfect experience.

I recently stayed at General Torres in Porto for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and well-maintained. The host was always available to assist with any questions and even provided a regular cleaning service and fresh towels. The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk to the river and Dom Luis bridge, offering a beautiful view. The spacious and modern interiors, along with the double glass windows and effective AC, made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the capsule coffee maker with 2 capsules was a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

our second stay in gaia was even better thanks to general torres. the apartment had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, and cozy bed. the terrace with river views was a lovely bonus. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the cellars and city center. highly recommended!

We had an amazing value for our money at General Torres Apartments. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The location couldn't have been better, overlooking all the port cellars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay.

One small suggestion to improve the breakfast choices would be to provide a variety of sweeteners and condiments, such as sugar and creamer, for guests who prefer their coffee with additional fixings.

There were a few drawbacks. the kitchen cabinets had an unpleasant smell when opened and there were no towel hooks in the bathroom.
