We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us, especially Rodrigo and Angela. The pool was great and very relaxing, and the hotel's location near the metro station made it easy for us to explore the city.

During our recent stay at Mercure, we were impressed with the convenient location near the bus terminal, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The internet wifi access was excellent, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Lisboa Hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a great bonus for cooling off after a long day. The wifi was excellent and the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient, close to the subway and only 20 minutes from the city center. As a business traveler, I appreciated the quick 24-hour reception service.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to both the airport station and the metro station. It only took about 5 minutes to walk to the metro station and 10-11 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. There was a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities. Additionally, the hotel was not too far from the city center and could be reached through a lovely park.

There were limited services available at the hotel, and the staff seemed unable to accommodate various requests. ironing clothes, express laundry, courier service, slippers, and bathrobes were not available.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was ideal, just a quick walk to the metro station and easy access to the city's attractions.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor was a bit outdated and could use some updating. the rooftop pool was smaller than expected and not as relaxing as I had hoped.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got good value for our money. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient with a shopping street nearby. The staff treated us with great courtesy and were always friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection. It would have been nice to have more options like boiled eggs and a variety of jams.
